We are looking for a Placement and Career Coordinator.
DUTIES
Determine all placement requirements and assist candidates to exchange all information appropriately.
Maintain knowledge on all requirements to facilitate efficiently working with all clients.
Manage all progress and prepare required strategies to fill all positions and ensure compliance to all federal and state regulations.
Assist with resumes and conduct interviews with all candidates, provide assistance, and review all placement procedures.
Promote all positions to candidates about the prospective employers through phone, email and social media.
Collaborate with clients and staff to efficiently communicate all the needs of the open positions.
Conduct orientation programs and ensure optimal utilization of all resources to ensure compliance to all regulations.
Prepare all data and perform surveys for feedback along with placement reports.
Facilitate in community outreach participation.
SALARY
From $36,000.00 per year
